T1 Dotters formerly TRIDENT T1 Dotters is a professional Australian Call of Duty team currently playing as Exile5.T1 for Team Exile5.

Biography

Formerly TRIDENT T1 Dotters , was formed two months before the 2014 Call of Duty Championship. The team consisted of Denz, Damage, Chilean and Iskatuu, the captain. They won the ANZ Regional Finals, defeating Team Immunity in the final to earn the top ANZ seed at the World Championship, ending Team Immunity's event win streak in the process. At the Championship, the team finished top of Group D with a 3-0 record, which featured FaZe Clan, SK Gaming and Aztek Gaming. Following pool play, the team faced Vitality.Returns in the first round of bracket play, whom they defeated 3-1 and proceeded to play Rise Nation, again coming out on top, this coming out on top 3-2. In Round 3 of the bracket, the came up against OpTic Gaming, a team many predicted to win the entire event. OpTic proved to be too strong for the TRIDENT T1 Dotters squad, losing 3-1. They dropped down to the Loser's Bracket where they would come up against Team EnVyUs. They lost 3-0 to EnVyUs, finishing in 5th place taking home $70,000.

Curse AU

In April, following their impressive 5th place finish at Champs, the team was picked up by the Curse organisation, leaving TRIDENT eSports behind. They became the third Curse team along with Curse Black and Curse Orange. At ACL Brisbane, the team finished second to Team Immunity. Having lost in the Grand Final, it meant that Immunity earned a spot for the upcoming MLG Anaheim event a few weeks later. However, Team Immunity were unable to attend the event, which meant that the Curse squad were now invited to the event in Anaheim, CA. The team did not perform well at the event. They lost their first round match against FaZe Black 3-0. They then dropped into the loser's bracket where they faced Epsilon eSports. The team didn't play to their usually high standards as they lost 3-0 to Epsilon. They placed 9th-11th at MLG Anaheim, taking home $3,000. In August 2014, the team released Chilean. They cited team conduct rules as the reason why he was released. The team picked up Louqa, who won the previous ACL event with Team Storm.

New Org

Following Season 3 of Call of Duty: Ghosts Pro League, the Curse organisation disbanded all its teams and left the competitive Call of Duty scene. As a result, the team went back to its original name, T1 Dotters. Following their stellar performance at the Call of Duty Championship 2015 AU Online Qualifier, they were able to secure a spot at the APAC Regional finals. As a result of this, they were able to acquire a new sponsorship deal with Exile 5, a multi-platform eSports organisation.
