Enigma6 Group is an American Call of Duty team.

History

Advanced Warfare

Enigma 6 formerly made a name for themselves by competing in numerous Michigan eSports LAN events and by competing in MLG's and UMG's online tournaments.

E6 would make their first big name at UMG California 2015 competing through the open bracket to get into the champs bracket, they were a team that people thought could cause some upsets in the champs bracket. After making their way through open bracket they were placed in Pool D alongside Team EnVy, OpTic Nation, Team Orbit, and iSolation Empire. E6 would then win their pool 4-0 with a map count of 12-7 and would then have to face off against VexX Gaming in the first round of bracket play. This didn't stop them though, they would go on to beat VexX 3-1 and later on beat eLevate 3-2 to secure a spot in the Winners Bracket Finals against OpTic Gaming. Enigma would start off strong against the GreenWall in the HP, but would still drop the map to go down 0-1 against OpTic Gaming. E6 would then win the S&D pretty convincingly, lost the Uplink, and then have an extremely intense CTF on Retreat only to lose the series 1-3. This ended Enigma 6's incredible run in the Winners Bracket, but they were not out of the tournament. They were bumped down into the Losers Bracket Finals, where they had to face off against a determined FaZe Clan team that had just come off of a 3-0 victory against nV. Enigma were looking to get into the Grand Finals to have a rematch against OpTic Gaming and FaZe was the only thing standing in their way. However, all hopes of that happening were lost as FaZe won the series 3-0 and eliminated E6 from the tournament. Enigma 6 ended up placing 3rd at UMG California, earning $6,000 and proving that they could compete with the best in the game.

Following their 3rd place finish at UMG California 2015, Enigma 6 would find themselves in the finals of MES Detroit 20K. Facing off against the pick up team Goon Squad consisting of Goonjar, Parasite, ProoFy, and Saints. Enigma 6 would end up winning the two best-of-five series to be crownded MES Detroit 20K champions. The win at MES would give the team crucial pro points that would be needed for the upcoming MLG Pro League Season 3 Relegation Tournament.

Infinite Warfare

To say the least, all Enigma 6 fans were ready for their team's arrival at their first event since Advanced Warfare: MLG Vegas 2016. The coming event would be filled with great matches in Pool Play as well as Bracket Play. After an intense match verus the North American Powerhouse, OpTic Gaming, the team placed 7th-8th overall at the event. It was not the placement the team was looking for. However, the team would have another shot at CWL/2017 Season/Atlanta Open in February. Unfortunately, this event would also be a disapointment with a final 13th-16th placing. Less than a week later, the squad would be traveling to Paris, France where they would then compete in the anual Esports World Convention event. Improving on their placement from last event, E6 placed 9th-12th. MLG Dallas open would be the next event coming up, but the team had an unimpressive 9th-12th finish.
