Biography
Call of Duty 4 and Modern Warfare 2
Jordan "ProoFy" Cannon is a veteran Call of Duty player that has been around the scene since the beginning. He won his first tournament during the Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare season with Team FeaR, placing 4th at the MLG National Championship 2009, and would go on to win the MLG Online National Championship with Team EnVyUs.
Black Ops and Modern Warfare 3
ProoFy began the Call of Duty: Black Ops season on OpTic Gaming and finished 2nd in the MLG $25K tournament. He left Optic to join Obey for one tournament, before returning to OpTic Gaming for MLG Columbus. Proofy once again OpTic to join Quantic LeveraGe along with Aches, Teepee, and Scump, where they would place well at the next 2 tournaments they attend. Finally, ProoFy returned to OpTic to finish out the Call of Duty: Black Ops season. During the Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 season, ProoFy found himself on Team EnVyUs who placed 2nd at UMG Classic.
Black Ops II
ProoFy remained on Envy throughout the Call of Duty: Black Ops 2 season. Joined by various teammates throughout, Proofy never placed outside of the Top 10 throughout the year. Team EnVyUs won UGC Niagara 2013, but would fail to achieve first place in another tournament. At the Call of Duty Championship, ProoFy, Rambo, Stainville, and JKap made it all the way to the Grand Finals were they faced off against Fariko Impact. In one of the most thrilling matches of the year, the teams finished with a Game 11 Search and Destroy on Meltdown. The nail-biting series ended with Fariko Impact winning 6-4, and Team EnVyUs finishing 2nd.
Ghosts
Team EnVyUs kept ProoFy entering the Call of Duty: Ghosts season. After placing 6th and 10th at the next two events respectively, ProoFy became frustrated, and left to join FaZe Clan. Along with Classic, Replays, and JKap, the team placed 6th at the Call of Duty Championship 2014. FaZe would go on to make two different pro teams, Red and Black, with ProoFy as captain for FaZe Black. However, his stay on FaZe Black was short. He left the organization to join OpTic Gaming and replace Mboze, who had become captain of OpTic Nation. After a disappointing 8th place finish at UGC Niagara, the team of ProoFy, NaDeSHoT, Clayster, and Scump came in strong at the MLG X Games Invitational, advancing undefeated through the winner's bracket to face Team Kaliber in the Grand Final. OpTic Gaming won the intense Game 5 Sovereign Search and Destroy 6-4, and ProoFy became one of the first Gold Medalists for Call of Duty eSports.
Advanced Warfare
After a disappointing end to the Call of Duty: Ghosts season, ProoFy was dropped from the OpTic Gaming roster. However, he stayed in the OpTic family by joining MBoZe, TeePee and Karma on OpTic Nation for the Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare season. The team finished in 7th-8th place at the first event of the season, MLG Columbus Open. The team then picked up Swanny after MBoZe stepped down from the team. However, at UMG Orlando, they finished in a very disappointing 9-12th placing. The team knew things were not working out so ProoFy left OpTic Nation to reform FaZe Black alongside Censor, Apathy and StuDyy.
